Service Description
Before the wedding day, we also include a video conference with the photographer to discuss your vision as well as a pre-wedding photo shoot session to capture some intimate and candid moments between the couple. This hour and a half session allows you to get comfortable in front of the camera and ensures that we understand your style and preferences. Our Diamond package offers comprehensive 8 hour coverage for your special day, ensuring that every moment is captured beautifully. Our experienced photographer will be there to document all the highlights and emotions of your ceremony and reception including special moments like cutting the cake and of course the first dance. In addition to digital copies of all the photos taken during the wedding coverage we also provide a photo album. This allows you to easily share and preserve your memories for years to come. Our goal is to provide you with a timeless and exquisite collection of wedding photos that you can cherish forever.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by the Client: - Cancellations must be made in writing (email or letter) to be valid. - If you cancel your booking: - More than 30 days before the event: 100% of your deposit will be refunded. - 14-30 days before the event: 50% of your deposit will be refunded. - Less than 14 days before the event: no refund of the deposit will be issued. - The full balance must still be paid if the cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event. Cancellation by the Photographer/Videographer: - If we must cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, equipment failure, or personal emergency), we will: - Notify you immediately and provide alternative dates or a full refund of all payments made. - If no reschedule date is agreed upon, all payments will be refunded in full. Changes to the Booking: - Any changes to the event date, time, or location must be communicated at least 2 weeks in advance. If the change affects our availability, we will work to accommodate you but cannot guarantee it. - Changes made within 7 days of the event may result in additional fees or inability to accommodate.
