Platinum Package
Service Description
With this service you will receive a video conference with the photographer ahead of time to discuss your look and feel of the wedding as well as having an hour and a half pre wedding photo session. This will get you comfortable in from of the camera and make sure we are on track with your vision. This package also includes full wedding day coverage with a team of 2 photographers capturing everything from getting ready to last goodbyes. It also includes first look photographs as well as bride and groom flat lay photographs plus extra photos capturing the small but important things. As well as digital copies you will also receive a larger photo album capturing your magical day so you can always look back with fond memories.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by the Client: - Cancellations must be made in writing (email or letter) to be valid. - If you cancel your booking: - More than 30 days before the event: 100% of your deposit will be refunded. - 14-30 days before the event: 50% of your deposit will be refunded. - Less than 14 days before the event: no refund of the deposit will be issued. - The full balance must still be paid if the cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event. Cancellation by the Photographer/Videographer: - If we must cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, equipment failure, or personal emergency), we will: - Notify you immediately and provide alternative dates or a full refund of all payments made. - If no reschedule date is agreed upon, all payments will be refunded in full. Changes to the Booking: - Any changes to the event date, time, or location must be communicated at least 2 weeks in advance. If the change affects our availability, we will work to accommodate you but cannot guarantee it. - Changes made within 7 days of the event may result in additional fees or inability to accommodate.
